The total city area is 4038 hectares, and 96% of it has been included in the city planning.  In the plan, there are 985.94 hectares of residential area, 36.41 hectares of commercial area, 715.82 hectares of industrial area, 850.27 hectares of public facilities area, 1209.69 hectares of agricultural area, 15.32 hectares of protected area, and 56.20 hectares for miscellaneous use.  The non-urban agricultural land is 168.35 hectares.
